Bricksbuddy.ai provides a digital product in the form of a downloadable WordPress plugin. No physical goods are sold or delivered.
Right of Withdrawal Under EU Law
Under EU consumer law consumers normally have a 14 day right of withdrawal.
This right does not apply to digital content that is delivered immediately once the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.
By completing your purchase and downloading or accessing the Bricksbuddy.ai plugin you expressly agree to
• Immediate delivery of the digital content
• The loss of your 14 day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun
This consent is required and obtained during the checkout process.
Returns and Refunds
Because Bricksbuddy.ai is a digital product delivered immediately returns and refunds are not available after download or access has begun except where required by applicable EU law.
Refunds may be granted in the following cases
• The digital content is defective or non conforming and the issue cannot be resolved
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase
All refund requests must be submitted by email.
Faulty or Non Conforming Digital Content
If the plugin is defective does not function as described or does not meet reasonable expectations you have the right under EU law to request
• A fix or update
• Replacement access
• A partial or full refund if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue so we can attempt to resolve it.
Duplicate Charges
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase you are entitled to a full refund of the duplicate amount.
License Revocation After Refund
If a refund is granted your license to use the Bricksbuddy.ai plugin will be terminated. You must stop using the plugin and delete all copies from your systems.
